PINE VIEW
A Product of Passion
Pine View was created out of Ark Visuals' passion and appreciation of great architecture. This passion is what led to this re-imagining of the 'Miner Road House' by Faulkner Architects.
The expansive living spaces throughout accompanied by a unique mix of contrasting materials made for some pretty special imagery.
This finished product included imagery for the interior living spaces, as well as a fully CG environment that was created from the ground up specifically for this project.

Illustrating the Beauty of Minimalism
In creating Pine View, I really wanted to keep in theme with the original design choices. The minimalist approach to the entire design was what established it's beauty for me and so illustrating that effectively was a priority.
With that in mind, the interior furnishing was comprised of several 3D models that were produced specifically for this project.
A Fascination With Detail
Beyond the Building
The attention to detail in this project is what sets it apart. Personal projects allow the restrictions to fall away and really allow creativity and passion to take stride.
In Pine View's interior, minimalism is at the forefront. The exterior environment however is anything but minimal. Containing thousands of individual models, the 3D environment consists of layer upon layer of carefully thought out CG elements to emulate the "wildness" that makes natural areas so captivating.
These forest areas really set the context for the overall project and cemented it as one of the most ambitious environments Ark Visuals has created.
